| You can run a motor down to the minimum size before it wears out completly. All motors will have different size of com from new depending how much is trued off when they are first produced. They normally true them down a bit more to change the RPM so you get better figures on the i.d. lable. so as a result the com is smaller, dont last as long but will be quicker. Some drivers will true their coms right down to get more speed out of them but I dont think its really worth doing, just means buying a new motor more often. | |
