| Hi Matt its Jane you have to sand them all carefully to make them rounded and then you glue over each edge with super glue using a baby bud to make them all smooth and shiny. Hope that this helps | |

| Nowadays I use a dremmel with a large drum bit in it to do the edges, it's a lot quicker than sand paper. Remember to wear a mask to protect you from the carbon dust.You can pick up a cheap dremmel from Big W at Beckton, E.6. I normally give the top and bottom edge 12-15 runs across at a 45 degree angel this then gives you a round edge. Always apply the super glue the underside edge of the parts or it will run everywhere if you do it from the top. P.S. Be carful if using a dremmel, it's easy to slip. | |
