How do you put a pic next you ur name ?

Does any one know how to put a pic next to your name if any one does tell me plz

i know the pic quality is not very good n i dnt know y but doesnt matter.

I had the same prob trying to put a pic on when we first opened the forum.
But thanks to the computer geek got one on by using the ava thingy.
Go to new world models, form there you can download many pics of the Max8)
