VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT NEXT TUESDAY 03-03-2007.

Hi all, there has been a double booking for: next Tuesdays race night 03-03-2007. It looks like we are the 2nd booking so the hall owners have said we can still race but will not be able to get into the hall untill 8.00pm and racing will finish about 11.15pm AND WE MUST BE OUT OF THE HALL BY 11.30PM. Luckily the kids are off school from friday for the Easter Hols so the later finish should not be much of a problem I hope.
So if you know you are definatley going to racing please leave a message on the forum in the new section provided for pre-booking this will help speed things up vastley.
If you dont have internet access and have been given this message by a friend but still wish to race give me a call on 02089119216 to pre-book.
We will be having 3 rounds and one final for all to speed things up instead of the usual 4 rounds. So if possible can you have all your cells pre charged so we dont have to wait for anyone and can run the heat's as quick as possible.
We are sorry for the inconveinience and late finish but this matter is out of our hands.
