| one of my packs where running really poor yesterday ive chucked it on the equliser tray and they are all shining brightly apart from one cell which is complety off they have been on for twebty mins now nd are still all bright.
is that cell dead whatelse can i try to check ?????????? | |

| Try putting a volt meter across the one you have a prob with it should have some voltage still in it. either way leave them on the discharge tray until all the lights have gone out. Then once all the lights have gone out let them cool for about 15 mins put 500mah of charge into them (approx. 5-6 mins) then put them on the equalising tray they should all roughly then go out at the same time. if not you may well have a dead cell.  | |

| cheers mark i equlised them right down. put 600mah in and put it back on the equliser and the light still wont come on the duff cell.  its game over. what happens now mate there the intellect 4200s only a month old can i buy a single cell and replace it or is it not that simple. | |

| We have some unmatched 4200 cells in stock. If your's are unmatched no prob. If they are matched you should really get a replacement with the same spec as the others. If unmatched buy a new cell roughly £6.00 each put about 200 mah charge into it then unsolder the duff one and equalise them all seperatley then you can solder it back into the pack. I would then equalise once more then charge the pack. Should then sort the prob out. | |
