Please, Please, Please, can we all "marshall as we would expect to be marshalled" there were several incidences at R.M.C.V. last night were people were not looking at there section of track for one reason or another (usually because they were watching the racing) a marshalls job for 5 mins is to watch his/her section of track, NOT the whole race. You are doing a very important job, not spectating!
Nobody likes marshalling but it has to be done. No one likes it when a marshall does'nt get your car fast enough especially if you are on for you FTQ or winning a final. So if we all do the job correctly and watch the section of track immediatley in front of you this should never be a problem again.
Could we also please not fix cars in the middle of the track or mince about after marshalling cars, this cause's drivers to lose sight of there cars which can cause major problems and upset.
Sorry if this sounds like ranting but it had to be said, these are the rules which have worked very well for over 30 years, lets try and stick to them, many thanks Mr Angry Head. lol!

I think we will all agree. Theres nothing like an on the ball marshall, rather than an oddball marshall.
By the way Ali congratulations on last nights performance. I think that was the best you have done so far. Just think how good you would be if you practiced more. Come to our venue as soon as you can get time off, we do a lot more laps in 5 mins than roneo and normally have 4 rounds and a final, practice makes perfect. Cool

by the way don't be over anxious by running on and jumping both onto the track and of it like I did at Ware - sprained ankle, of work for 3 days, and working from home 10 days - worst of all the race had to be re-started

affraid

anyway nice to visit you down at the club - now i have a ball diff I'll be at the venue with a vengence lol!
