Hi Matt its Jane you have to sand them all carefully to make them rounded and then you glue over each edge with super glue using a baby bud to make them all smooth and shiny. Hope that this helps

PostSubject: The good old days of sand paper.   Chassis Icon_minitimeTue Jul 03, 2007 7:20 pm

Nowadays I use a dremmel with a large drum bit in it to do the edges, it's a lot quicker than sand paper. Remember to wear a mask to protect you from the carbon dust. You can pick up a cheap dremmel from Big W at Beckton, E.6.
I normally give the top and bottom edge 12-15 runs across at a 45 degree angel this then gives you a round edge.
Always apply the super glue the underside edge of the parts or it will run everywhere if you do it from the top.
P.S. Be carful if using a dremmel, it's easy to slip.
